Sublime W (“we”, “us”) runs sublimew.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you shop with us, why, and your choices. It is written to follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
- Payment information — handled by our payment partners (for example Razorpay or your bank). We never see or store your full card, UPI PIN or net-banking password.
- Account data — if you create an account: login email and order history.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working. Our CDN (Cloudflare) processes this on our behalf.
- Cookies — needed for the cart, login and checkout. We do not use advertising trackers without your consent.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud and keep the website secure.
- To send order updates. Marketing messages only if you opt in — every message has an unsubscribe option.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to complete your order: courier/logistics companies (name, address, phone), payment gateways, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires (currently up to 8 years). Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
Grievance officer
For any privacy complaint, write to our Grievance Officer at [email protected] with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days.
Children
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
