Tracking
You get a tracking link by SMS/email once the parcel is dispatched. You can also see it under My Account → Orders.
Delays
Festivals, weather or courier issues can occasionally delay delivery. If your parcel has not moved for 3 days, email [email protected] with your order number.
Damaged or opened parcel
Please do not accept a parcel that looks tampered with. If you already accepted it, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
